Orders are delivered via UPS Standard. Customers will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once orders are shipped. Shipping is included with your order.

Betterfelt ships to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska; Australia and New Zealand. Betterfelt does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses. 

Felt wool products will shed some wool with use which can be removed and thrown away - this is normal.

To care for your basket:
* Vacuum-clean when needed
* Sponge up spills with a soft cloth and a little soap - allow to air dry
* DO NOT PUT BASKET INTO THE WASH
