SHIPPING

All orders to the US are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Orders generally ship within 3 business days and your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. 

Your order will be delivered with UPS Standard. The cost for shipping and duties is USD 40.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.

From www.betterfelt.com we ship to the continental US. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and military APO/FPO addresses.

SALES TAX

Betterfelt North America does not have a physical presence in the US and therefore is not required by law to collect US sales tax. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax or use tax on the purchase.
